TERMS & CONDITIONS
By scheduling a service or training, you consent to our:
Appointment Expectations:
Please do not bring extra people to your appointment (this includes spouses, children, parents, and friends)
Deposit Policy:
All clients are required to pay a $30 deposit to reserve your appointment
Your deposit will go towards your service
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
Any cancellations under 48 hours will result in payment of 50% of service
No Show Policy:
No-shows will be charged for 100% of the service
Failure to make payment will result in ineligibility of further bookings or purchases
Rescheduling Policy:
1 reschedule per deposit
Same-day rescheduling will result in a payment of 50% of service
Sick Policy:
Please do not book if you are experiencing symptoms of sickness, have been around someone contagious, OR if you're unsure that you're sick. Ex: COVID-19, flu, strep throat, fever, chills, body aches, runny nose, sore throat, coughing, congestion, sneezing, allergies, pink eye, etc.
Failure to adhere to the sick policy (coming into your appointment visibly sick) will result in a cancellation of the appointment, resulting in the cancellation fee
Refund Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable and indisputable
Deposits are not transferrable if the client cancels an appointment
We are not accepting refunds or appointments
Deposits are eligible for a refund if and only if the the appointment is rescheduled by the owner and the client is forced to cancel the appointment due to a scheduling conflict.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please exfoliate and moisturize your skin the night before appointment
Please arrive with a clean face to help ensure a flawless base application
Please notify me if you have any allergies before coming to your appointment
Please remove all excess facial hair (unwanted brow, lip, and chin hair)
